ABOUT NETWORK
Austria was the first country in Europe that implemented Practice Enterprise (PE) as mandatory in a national curriculum back in 1993. Same time, the Austrian Center for Training Firms (ACT) was founded, directly responsible to the Ministry of Education. ACT manages a national network of more than 800 Practice Enterprises in upper secondary vocational education.
